Problem: Our customer in the field of pharmaceutical industry, produce pharmaceuticals and medical products. Production of medical pills takes place in a sterile clean boxes, wherein the substrate is ground to a powder and then weighed on a precision weigh. The grinding created static electricity, which caused sticking of material to the clean boxes. The production process had to stop frequently and because of that customer had 25% losses and the employee had to constantly clean boxes.

Solution: We installed the ionising bar IONSTORM SC inside the sterile clean box. We placed it and directed it just right to the place where static electricity was generated.

The resulting benefit: After placing the ionising bar the electric charge has stopped and there is no sticking of the material to the wall of the clean boxes anymore. We removed 25% of the losses caused by frequent stop of production and cleaning the boxes.
