Problem: Our customer had a problem with the stability of film rolls that have been wound after cutting of a single large disk. When cutting the roll sheet into a small rolls it is necessary to charge the film, so the individual layers of the film held fast to each other, and thus the stability of the whole winding solidified. When foil is charged by high voltage, it reaches the necessary strength for the transportation, handling and subsequent processing. Customers turn to us with a request for the above-described film charging solutions.

Solution: To ensure adhesion of the individual layers of the film, our sales-technical representative suggested application of static generator with static generator bar.

Used product: Static generator 7360 and static generator bar 7081 in the length of 1000 mm by Fraser Anti-Static Techniques.

The resulting benefit: With the proposed solution, we helped customer to get higher quality coils. We helped him to ensure that the different layers of the film are being kept in themselves and will not move within the coil.
