Problem: The company producing soft drinks in PET bottles needed to remove sticking of foil in the process of packaging PET bottles in 6-Pack.

Solution: Installation of anti-static ionising bar on the production line where it neutralized electrostatic charge when unwinding foil.

The resulting benefits: Customer eliminates downtime during the whole packaging process, discharges of static electricity to employees were eliminated.

Method of implementation: After designing and testing the solution, our commercial and technical representative installed this anti-static ionising bar and put it into operation.
