Problem: The company that makes plastic containers with pressed labels needed to avoid labels to sticking together when the robot takes these labels for pressing.

Solution: To eliminate electrostatic charge as a cause of sticking labels was suggested installing an anti-static ionising bar. Then the robot has correctly taken after one label.

The resulting benefits: The proposed solution minimized production of rejects and halt of production lines which brought frequent downtime and significant material damage.

Method of implementation: The first, we loaned anti-static ionising bar to customer. He tested reliability and suitability this bar with respect to solving the problem. The result was so satisfying so he straightly ordered anti-static ionising bar and no tender has taken place. The bar was immediately mounted by our commercial and technical representative and the problem was solved.
