Problem: The customer had a problem in the preparation of materials into the production process. It was the plastic films of various dimensions, which have been cut to different widths and to different lengths. In the process of cutting material they had problem with strong electric charge that caused poor stacking quality material, which meant that each batch of prepared material could not be included in the production process.

Solution: To remove the electric charge in the process of cutting we have prepared an offer that included antistatic bar Fraser 3024F. We applied antistatic bar directly for shearing mechanism and we eliminated the electric charge due to the unwinding of material from the roll and also an electric charge caused by cutting material.

The resulting benefits: By installing antistatic bar 3024F we were able to completely remove the electric charge from the surface of the material in the process of cutting, allowing the high-quality stacked. The modified material was immediately added to the production process.
